Manufacturing Certificate

All new parts manufactured by Marsh Brothers Aviation are approved by Supplemental Type Certificates, Part Design Approval or Repair Design Approval in Canada and the United States, and shipped with a Transport Canada Authorized Release Certificate ("Form One"), also referred to as a statement of conformity, which the US Federal Aviation Administration recognizes as equivalent to FAA Form  8130-3 under the bilateral agreement between the Unites States and Canada. Therefore all new parts manufactured by Marsh Brothers Aviation are eligible for installation on US-registered aircraft.
